The creator of this essential oil is an alchemist, with a deep spiritual connection to the Palo Santo tree. Dante has done as much for the continued propagation of this tree in the Ecuadorian forest as a man can do, working with the government to ensure its continued reforestation for years to come. The positive impact made from the operations which create the oil is a model for sustainability. Not only is this oil eco-friendly, it is fairly traded, supports local economy and has empowered women by providing opportunities not traditionally available to them.
As much as Dante embraces the tree, it seems to hug him back, given his continued good luck in propagating saplings and the creation of stellar products. And the cycle continues with part of the proceeds from this oil being given back to the sustainability of the forest. Long regarded as spiritual oil, Palo Santo oil was used during the time of the Incas for its reputed spiritual purifying properties.
