When Ailith wakes up on her 80th birthday to discover three crane toes where her human foot used to be, she knows she doesn't have much time left. Ailith is an Infinite Being and her human experience is quickly coming to an end. In a race against the clock, she sets out to record the fantastic, and seemingly unbelievable, stories from her human iteration before her transition into bird form is complete. Ailith's strange life includes tales of vampires and werewolves, wizards and mystics, and even a talking dog. But is it real or fantasy?
