This book aims to introduce little bits of positivity into the reader’s day, from two psychologists/counselors, by learning to recognize and escape negative thoughts. The guidebook has a carrying space for the included 25 cards. The cards contains insights to reframe thinking, drawing their wisdom from mindfulness and CBT. Alongside the insights are actionable instructions to let in the positivity. The set comes in a slipcase and is meant to be portable—to fight negative thoughts wherever they may strike.
