    TO ALL MEETING ROOM PARTICIPANTS:

horizontal rule

This is our Sacred Place. We all come here to learn, laugh and share with kindred spirits. Since new carpeting has to be installed, we are asking you to honor the following policies when using the Sanctuary:

1.     No candles on the carpet (fire code). Please use the tray provided and use glass enclosed candles only. The same for incense ——– Please!

2.     Please remove your shoes when at all possible upon entering the room. Many people lie on the floor for yoga, meditation & healing.

3.     Place all tables & chairs against one wall in respect for the next group to follow. If placed outside, please bring them back in when you are done.

4.     It would be very helpful if, after you have finished with your particular meeting, to vacuum the room to prepare it for the next group. The vacuum is located in the back room of the bookstore (accessible from the outside and you have a key).

5.     If you are serving food, please place sheets or other material on the floor to help keep the room clean.

6.     Upon leaving, and before locking the door, make sure that the air conditioning (or heating) thermostat is turned to the OFF position.

7.     And, most importantly, when you leave be sure that there are NO ANIMALS left inside the room.

If you have any other suggestions to honor and respect our Sacred Meeting Room, please make us know it.

TO THE TEACHERS, INSTRUCTORS, FOCALIZERS AND ALL OTHERS WHO USE THE MEETING ROOM; PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CONCERNING THE PRINTED CALENDAR AND EVENTS LIST:

Hopefully, most of you realized that the Calendar & Events List are done as a voluntary service without advertising fees or charging the participants who benefit from it.

Both the Calendar and Events List are being lovingly prepared by Karen and Troy Hill, both experts in website design.  In order to make their jobs easier, all we ask is that those of you who have or anticipate any changes in your postings or schedules, please let them IN WRITING during the third week (or 4th week in a 5 week month) so that it can be accurately incorporated into the next calendar.

All calendar and schedule changes should be addressed to:
wildfire2windsong@yahoo.com

We appreciate your cooperation on this, and hope that it will make things run a little smoother. ONE MORE THING: Be sure to include in all messages a valid phone number at which you can be reached. If we have any questions about the write-up we may need clarification.

And finally, If you choose not to let us know or simply forget about it, then we will go to press using the last known times, dates and information.

Realize too that the short synopsis in the Events List has to be kept very abbreviated in order to make room for all. It takes some real juggling each month to accommodate all the changes that occur, so please remember and appreciate the fact that due to its very nature the calendar is updated and maintained strictly on a time available basis. Each teacher is expected to print up their own flyers to be passed out that will fully explain your classes.  And finally, another reason for letting us know in advance about any changes is that in the event of a cancellation, other teachers  might  be offered that time slot for their own classes.
